Our Tariff

  • Minimum duration of stay is 3 months.
  • Rent is applicable from the date of payment of the advance or from  the vacancy date of the bed whichever is latest. If rent is not paid on  that date, the room will be allocated to the next client.
  • No rent reduction is given for absence or for not consuming food.
  • Admission fee and Rent paid are not refunded at any circumstances.
  • Caution deposit is refundable only if you fill the vacating form 2  weeks prior to the date of vacating.
  • If you vacate by 10th of a month pay rent just for the number of days  till the vacating date. If you vacate after the 10th of a month you will  have to pay the full amount of the monthly rent.

  • Gates open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm only. If having a late night work  schedule, the guardian has to submit written consent for late entry  to the owner and an email request for door access after 10 pm. Late  night exit is not permitted under any circumstances.
